Saturday of the Souls

Saturday, May 26 is dedicated by the Church for praying for our loved ones who have departed this life.

Traditionally, Christians come to the Church with a plate of boiled wheat (koliva), a prosforo and a list of names of the deceased for the priest to commemorate.

May our Lord grant eternal rest to our departed loved ones.

On Monday May 28th, Memorial Day, Father Konstantinos will be at Flushing Cemetery from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm

Father Michael will be at Cypress Hills Cemetery from 10:30 am to 1 pm
